Each should be at least 18 years of age, 21 years in case the applicant is based in Maharashtra, at the time of application, to become a Vgp Life Distributor. Should be vested with the legal capacity to contract, and be competent to independently conduct the business of selling Vgp life product range in India.

A Distributor requires a completely, legibly filled out application by an applicant; it becomes a legal agreement as soon as the application has been accepted by Vgp Life. Along with this application, the Distributor shall provide a Photo Identification Card issued by any Central or State Government as proof of address and identity and PAN if applicable. Successful applicants will be inducted as the Vgp Life Independent Distributor and will be eligible for incentives as per current company policy at the prevalent rate.

The independent Distributor should submit the filled-in application and order forms along with payment to our authorized stockiest or Vgp Life Branches only

All the independent Distributors are required to familiarize themselves with the rules and policies of the Vgp Life business. They will undertake mandatory orientation sessions and information on all aspects of the business including remuneration system and expected remuneration for new distributors and have to provide the same information to prospects and existing distributors. The Distributor shall attend the mandatory orientation (face-to-face/online session) given by Vgp Life regarding the provision of fair and accurate information on all aspects of the direct selling operation, remuneration system, and expected remuneration for newly recruited distributors. The date of such an orientation session will be available to the Distributor on the company's website.

An independent Distributor shall not represent himself/herself as an employee of VGP Life Company on any of his/her stationery.

The independent Distributor shall not use the company logo or other such mark pertaining to company's identity in his/her stationery or business card,

The company shall, in no way be responsible for any past, current or future liability of the authorized stockiest incurred in his/her individual capacity while conducting business of selling VGP Life Product Range. Distributor shall have a cooling off period of 30 days to cancel the contract and receive refund if any amount paid. The Distributor shall purchase only that quantity of products which he/she can sell or consume.

The independent Distributor shall abide by the sales policy and procedure of the company as amended from time to time.

There can be any change in Vgp Life company as per the government like TDS, GST, Administrative charges, product, product price, business plan, and others, Vgp Life company has full rights for this. All taxes, duties, and government levies applicable to the sales made by the independent Distributor shall be payable by the independent distributor as per the procedure and the law of the land.

The independent Distributor shall not sell Vgp Life product range to or through retail outlets/shops or e-commerce platforms as it is not permitted by the Direct Selling Company's sales policy. The products will be sold through the Vgp Life Authorised Stores, Branches, and Company's online shopping portal.

The distributor is obliged to take back Vgp Life products sold to final consumers within 10 days of delivery according to the Buy-Back policy.

The Distributor shall carry the Identification card issued by the Company and will always seek a prior appointment with the customer for initiation of sale, the distributor shall identify himself and the Company provide an address, registration, and telephone number to the customer and would truthfully represent the nature of products in the manner consistent with the claims authorized by the Company.

The Distributor would provide accurate and complete explanations and demonstrations of goods, time and place to inspect the sample and take delivery, prices, credit/payment terms, amount to be paid, return policies, terms of guarantee, after-sales service, goods return policy, right to cancel the order, refund policy and complaint redressal mechanism of the company.

All the commission or incentives will be based on the sale of products only and no commission or incentive is paid for recruitment/enrolment of the distributor. All payments shall be credited/paid on a monthly basis through bank transfers only. Proper records of all transactions shall be maintained by the Distributors. The Bonus will be paid after deducting expenses due towards the independent distributor's account, TDS, Admin, and any other Taxes, Duties, or levies imposed by the government from time to time.

The Independent Distributor shall purchase the offered Vgp Life product range from the Company as per the Distributor Price List and sell them to the end consumers only at the price recommended by the Company, no deviation from the same shall be acceptable under any circumstances and shall not sell the products at a rate higher than the MRP mentioned on the products. The Independent Distributor shall promote the Vgp Life product range in accordance with the contents of Vgp Life printed documents and business support material made available by the Company and no modification or amendment thereto by the Independent Distributor is acceptable.

Vgp Life is at the liberty to amend, modify, change, or completely replace its sales policy and the rules and regulations pertaining thereto at its sole discretion at any point in time without recourse to the independent distributor.

The distributor shall protect the private information of the consumer, be guided by provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and comply with Direct Selling Guidelines 2021.

The Distributor shall not use misleading deceptive or unfair trade practices, nor will misrepresent actual or potential earning/advantage of direct selling nor make any false representation/promise relating to direct selling, earning potential, remuneration system, etc. nor will require/encourage other direct seller to purchase goods in unreasonably large amount or any literature sales or training material which is unapproved. Vgp Life may terminate the Distributor ID if the rules are violated

Vgp Life promises to provide to its independent distributors the product of promised quality complying with the required standards and stipulations reflected on the product and the literature

Vgp Life is the final authority to interpret the rules. Regulations, instructions, and sales policy applicable to and governing the conduct of the distributor or his business of selling Vgp Life product range and its decision in this regard will be final and binding on the distributor. The independent Distributor should submit the filled-in application and order forms along with payment to our authorized stockiest or Vgp Life Branches only

Distributors are not permitted, under any circumstances, to advertise, market, or deal in any manner with any product and/or services, which are not approved by Vgp Life in its network.

Vgp Life reserves the right to remove / not include any order forms/application forms which is submitted beyond the cutoff date, or with incomplete details.

The Distributor shall not make any claim that is not consistent with claims authorized by Vgp Life. The Distributor shall take appropriate steps to ensure the protection of all confidential information provided to him/her by customers.

In case, a Distributor has disclosed in the Distributor Agreement that he/she or any of his/her family members has/had been a Distributor of Vgp Life in the present/past, then the Distributor is joining Vgp Life at his/her own risk. If any evidence of cross-sponsoring or any other violation of the Distributor Agreement and the Vgp Life Business Plan is found, the Company will be entitled to take steps as per the terms of the Vgp Life Business Plan.

The Distributor's spouse will be deemed to be his nominee unless the Distributor has nominated someone else as a nominee in the Vgp Life Distributor Agreement Form or has subsequently submitted the prescribed nomination form and nominated another person/entity as his nominee. If the Distributor submits the nomination form at the time of submission of Vgp Life Distributor Agreement Form or subsequently, in case of a dispute the nomination made in the nomination form will take precedence over the nomination made in the Vgp Life Distributor Agreement Form.

All disputes or differences pertaining hereto or arising herefrom shall be adjudicated upon by a court of appropriate jurisdiction at Mumbai, Maharashtra, only.
